Crab stuffed artichoke hearts with lemon beurre blanc sauce

Creamy burrata mozzarella over tomatoes, arugula and roasted peppers, topped with a balsamic glaze

Wild field greens, cherry tomatoes, carrots and thinly sliced red onions tossed with our house made white balsamic vinaigrette

Certified Angus beef tenderloin topped with sautéed mushrooms and a black cherry port wine sauce served over a garlic crouton

Seared pork medallions topped with a poached pear and golden raisin brandy sauce
