Homemade large ravioli stuffed with lobster meat, langoustine, crab meat and lobster veloute in a creamy vodka sauce with pine nuts, asparagus and fresh herbs

Polenta encrusted filet of snapper over braised fennel-red onion relish and orange segment marinated in a citrus vinaigrette
