1st Course

Grilled Gulf Prawn

Served over rocket lettuce, marinated tomatoes, and shredded manchego cheese finished with a white balsamic vinaigrette.
Paired with: La Pettegola Vermentino, Maremma

2nd Course

Risotto d’autunno

Roasted butternut squash and white corn cooked with creamy Arborio rice
Paired with: Sartori Pinot Noir, Veneto

3rd Course

Salmone Croccante

Crispy pan seared Arctic char served over sautéed rappini with roasted pepper sauce
Paired with: Principessa Gavia Gavi, Piedmont

4th Course

Filetto di Vitello

Veal tenderloin wrapped in imported smoked pancetta, roasted and topped with a port wine sauce, shitake mushrooms, and root mashed potato
Paired with: Banfi Belnero, Tuscany

5th Course

Twin Cannolis

Filled with pumpkin infused sweet ricotta and mascarpone cheese, accompanied by a caramel sauce
Paired with: Maschio Extra Dry Prosecco, Veneto

Jacob Gragg

Advanced Sommelier and Fine Wine Specialist for Cruller Artisan Wines

A North Carolina native, Jacob Gragg grew up in restaurants and took his first job in the kitchen at the age of 16. While the kitchen was very fulfilling, Jacob found the front of the house to be the most satisfying part of the business, especially wine and beverage service. In 2009, he set the goal of passing the Master Sommelier exam and garnered experience as beverage director for Recess Southern Gastro Pub in Gainesville, Georgia, Sommelier at Aria Restaurant in Atlanta and as the Sommelier of The Georgian Room at the Cloister in Sea Island.

Currently, he is the fine wine specialist for Cru Artisan wines, the luxury agent of the Banfi portfolio managing the Southeast. Gragg earned his Advanced Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers at the age of 24, making him one of the youngest to have achieved this certification. In addition, he is a Certified Specialist of Wine, and was named one of the Best New Sommeliers of 2012 by Wine & Spirits magazine.
